Margaret Fahy is a partner in the firm's Banking Department where her work includes representing financial institutions in commercial mortgage lending transactions and providing advice on bank regulatory matters. Ms. Fahy also represents lenders in all phases of mortgage foreclosure involving residential and commercial mortgage loans.
